This 7-day journey gives you simple space each day to move, breathe, and reconnect with the calm and inspiration that already exist within you.

Each class is 20–30 minutes, thoughtfully designed using the Yoga Synergy system, and easy to fit into your day. Over the week you’ll explore gentle postures, breathwork, and practices that build flexibility, strength, and relaxation — helping you feel balanced, grounded, and re-energised.

And with lifetime access, you can revisit the practices anytime you need a pause, a reset, or a reminder of your own inner steadiness.

Begin a gentle, achievable 21-day journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner calm. Each class is just 10–15 minutes, making it easy to weave yoga into your day while still creating meaningful change from within.

Across three weeks, you’ll explore mindful movement, simple breathwork, and grounding meditation — gradually building strength, mobility, clarity, and resilience. There’s no pressure to perform; just options to meet your energy each day.
