The Megaglow Yoga Studio is situated in the green leafy suburb of Medina, central to Kwinana and an easy 15 minutes from Rockingham and Baldivis.

Balance & Breathe

This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or anyone who enjoys a slower, more mindful approach to practice. Balance & Breathe focuses on creating harmony between movement and breath, offering a deeply grounding and balancing experience for both body and mind.

Variations will be offered to suit your level of strength and flexibility, and you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that honors your individual needs. Each posture is given time for mindful entry and exploration, allowing you to build awareness and connection throughout your practice.

This class draws from the Yoga Synergy Method, developed by physiotherapists and experienced yoga teachers Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss, combined with Meg’s 27 years of personal practice and over 20 years of teaching. You’ll be supported in building confidence and creating a yoga practice that nurtures both body and mind — helping you build confidence and create a yoga journey that feels truly your own.

Align & Awaken

This class welcomes both those who are new to yoga and those seeking to deepen their practice at a steady, mindful pace. Align & Awaken offers a strong foundation for building a consistent and sustainable yoga journey, helping you progress at a comfortable and supportive rhythm.

You’ll be guided through fluid movements designed to harmonise body and mind, with variations offered to suit different levels of strength and flexibility.

This practice invites you to explore alignment and awaken self-awareness, nurturing a more meaningful connection with yourself and your yoga path.

Based on the Yoga Synergy method and combined with 27 years of personal yoga experience and over two decades of teaching, Meg Summers is passionate about supporting you in building confidence and creating a practice that empowers you—whether at home, in a studio, or anywhere life takes you.

Refine & Strengthen

This class invites you to refine and deepen your yoga practice at a thoughtful and steady pace. Refine & Strengthen is designed to help you build both strength and flexibility while introducing yogic techniques that support healthy posture, conscious breathing, and mindful meditation.

Rooted in the Yoga Synergy Method, this practice offers a balanced approach to developing both physical strength and mental clarity, allowing your practice to grow and evolve over time.

Throughout each class, variations are offered to meet you where you are — making the movements accessible, challenging, and empowering, no matter your current level of strength or flexibility.
