Vinyasa Yoga, spiritual yet secular.
Kwinana Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Beginner to Intermediate yoga students welcome
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where postures are linked together in a smooth, continuous flow guided by the breath. The word vinyasa comes from Sanskrit and means “to place in a special way,” often understood as sequence. Originating from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, this approach weaves movements together like a fluid tapestry, helping cultivate body awareness, strength, and a meditative state of mind.
While rooted in tradition, Vinyasa Yoga has evolved into a flexible, modern practice that adapts to the needs of the contemporary body. At MegaGlow Yoga, classes draw from both the original Ashtanga method and its modern variations, offering a balanced blend of structure, creativity, and mindful movement.
Vinyasa Yoga supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by integrating pranayama (breathwork), bandha (energetic locks), mudra (symbolic gestures), and asana (postures). The practice can feel grounding, energising, or calming depending on the sequence and your own intention.
Classes at MegaGlow Yoga are suitable for beginner to intermediate students, with options to move at your own pace and honour what your body needs on the day.

I was able to do everything at the pace my body set, and having Meg to guide me through made me achieve things I had been trying for a while. Your classes have been wonderful Meg, and I can't wait until I can go again!Posted on Lisa ParkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been really enjoying Megan’s classes. She has helped me with the yoga positions and corrects me on the positions when needed, simplifying them when necessary due to my injuries. I am really looking forward to continuing working with her to increase my knowledge of Yoga, strength and flexibility. I would recommend Megan to anyone who wants to begin or continue their Yoga journey. She is really knowledgeable and experienced. She has made it easy for me to make Yoga a regular part of my day. Thank you 😀Posted on Angela FritzschTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Meg is amazing, patient and kind. I did yoga with Meg for over a year and it was such a lovely experience. Meg was so calming and welcoming, and so was her studio. I had to stop due to a wrist injury, but I would recommend her classes to everyone!Posted on paul ramseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been attending Yoga Classes at Mega Flow with Meg Summers for almost a year now and have gotta say that Meg runs a First Class Show! Meg spends her time helping and ensuring that you understand the movements correctly, that way ensuring that you get the best from each exercise safely and effectively. I am 64 years old and turn up for an hours activity three times a week sometimes aching and in need of a stretch, I leave an hour later feeling a million dollars! It really sets me up for the day. So if you are thinking of either, finding a new Yoga teacher or starting out for the first time as I did, look no further! Meg at Mega Flow is outstanding and very professional! Thanks Meg🙏Posted on Dr KTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Meg’s Kwinana Vinyasa Yoga Classes classes are designed to improve postural alignment, build core strength, increase flexibility, and support a calm, steady mind.
In traditional Ashtanga Yoga, the sequence of postures is set and practiced the same way each time. Vinyasa, however, offers more variety and adaptability.
At MegaGlow Yoga, classes draw from the Yoga Synergy Elemental sequences — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — with each sequence rotating every 8–10 weeks. These classes include Balance & Breathe, Align & Awaken, and Refine & Strengthen, each designed to support the natural rhythms of the body and mind.
Yoga offers meaningful benefits for the whole body. It supports major systems such as the muscular, skeletal, circulatory, nervous, lymphatic, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, urinary, reproductive, and integumentary systems.
By improving the circulation of blood, energy, and information throughout the body, yoga nourishes your cells, tissues, and organs — promoting overall health and wellbeing.
